Ticket Lottery UK National thrive in a recession

The best year in ticket sales in the UK National Lottery Camelot has been told by the organizers of the lottery in the UK. Not an easy task for a company in a country with a deep recession.

From 31 March 2008-31 March 2009 ticket sales had risen by £ 5 billion more than 182.8 million pounds last year. Total ticket sales rose 12% in the past five years.

Apparently, sales were from people who powered the Olympic Games (held in London in 2012) support by buying more lottery tickets and scratch cards to raise money for the occasion.

There are still more than three years to go, but the target of £ 750 million Olympic (GBP) looks good with 400 million pounds (GBP) and grew more and £ 750 million plan for the possibility of diversion of money lottery of benefactors.

Camelot, who led the British lottery for three consecutive terms in office, said the significant increase in revenues is to play the lottery, or people from their mobile phones or the Internet.

If you play lotto this way, customers save time, because the queue for tickets in the week. But perhaps more importantly, eliminate the possibility of losing your cards when you play online, it can even change the results, it has to take place after each draw, so that certainly all the lots.

However, the future looks rosy support for the organizers, their customers and good causes by the UK National Lottery.
